A:Hello, With an Ethernet cable, you can connect this camera to a PoE NVR, PoE injector, PoE switch, or straight to a router that supports PoE for power and video transmission. Alternately, a DC 12V power adaptor can be used to turn it on. Please be aware that under this scenario, data transmission still requires an Ethernet cable.

Which kind of Ethernet cable do I require?

The camera can support lengths up to 80 metres (about 262 feet).
